Quedan horas.../A Few Hours Left...
...para la boda del año. Aunque sabéis que en Emeconeme nos gusta dar una opinión crítica a todo lo que se mueve en el mundo.

He intentado hasta el momento encontrar una imagen de la Princesa Letizia vestida por Varela en la cena de gala de esta noche y nada. Va guapa, pero demasiado delgada, a mi parecer.
I have tried so far to find a picture of Princess Letizia in a Varela dress in the gala dinner tonight, and nothing. She looked gorgeous, but she looks too slim, in my humble opinion.
Mañana y según ha comunicado Zarzuela, vestirá de Felipe Varela, de rosa y con pamela.
Tomorrow and according to Zarzuela, she will wear a dress by Felipe Varela, a pink one with pamela.

Crema milagro?/Miracle Cream?: 8 Hour Cream by Elizabeth Arden
Hace un tiempo publicaba que me había llegado a casa un descuento de Sephora del 20%. Siempre que llega, aprovecho para hacer algunas compras de básicos que son algo más caros y que voy necesitando. Some time ago, I published that a voucher for 20% off in Sephora had arrived. Everytime I get this, I buy some basic products which are somewhat more pricey and I need from time to time.
Me encanta la firma Too Faced y mi producto fetiche es el Shadow Insurance. Desde que lo tengo, la firma ha lanzado otros primers para otros propósitos y pensé que sería buena idea hacerme con un primer de labios. I love Too Faced and my fave product is Shadow Insurance. Since I got it, the brand has launched other primers for several purposes and I thought it would be a good idea to get a lip primer.
Mis labios siempre están mal, muy secos y lo peor, es que no tengo paciencia para que se me hidraten, siempre que noto algún pellejito me tiro y me acabo haciendo polvo. My lips are always in bad conditions, very dry and what's worse, I don't have any patience for them to get moisturized enough and eveytime I find some dry skin I pull it out and I end up hurting my lips.
La chica que me atendió en el stand lo tenía claro: tenía los labios demasiado estropeados para un primer, mejor era hidratarlos en vez de "tapar" el problema. The girl who served me had her mind set: my lips were bad enough for a primer, it was better to moisturize them instead of "concealing" the problem.

Me encanta mi placa de Konad, la verdad es que siempre que tengo un ratillo entre curso y curso me gusta hacerme algún diseño./I do love my Konad image plate, the truth is that if I can have some spare time between course and course I try to make some manicure designs.

I can't complain, this is true that it is not as distinguishable as the rest, but on bright colours, it looks smart, not tacky at all and quite flattering.

Estoy de trabajo hasta las cejas, tanto, que esta noche me perderé los superdescuentos de la Shopping Night de Mango. Pero eso no es lo peor. Mi bolsillo está temblando desde que se sabe: Blanco lanza su tienda online. Y la estrenan con un 10% de descuento.

Hace unos días que entramos en la primavera. Es una estación preciosa, pero siempre hay cambios de horarios, de hábitos, recibimos más luz solar, etc.
Spring has come recently. This is a beautiful season, but there are always changes of habits, timetables, we get more sunlight, etc.
Hay que cuidarse del sol, eso lo sabemos, pero no en verano, sino en todo momento, y ahora en primavera, más que nunca.

Siempre he tenido problemas del piel y cuidarme del sol ha sido un hábito casi toda mi vida. I have always had skin issues and protecting myself from the sun has always been a habit.
Podemos decir que en cuestiones de protectores solares hemos avanzado mucho. Recuerdo cuando era una niña, donde los protectores eran densos y pegajosos, algo impensable para la vida de la ciudad. Incompatibles con el maquillaje.
It could be said that in question of SPF creams we have made much progress. I remember when I was a child, the SPFs which were dense and sticky, unthinable for the life of the city. Incompatible with makeup.

Me dieron una muestra en MAC y resulta de que el producto se había agotado. Porque se agota, es increíble. Reseca mucho y te tienes que hidratar la cara antes. Deja la cara lisa y estirada. Tiene la ventaja de que está diseñado especialmente para maquillarte encima. Es un poco caro, eso sí, pero no tienes que prescindir de tu maquillaje habitual.
I got a free sample in MAC and in the end the product was sold out. Because it does, it is unbelievable. It leaves your skin very dry so you need to moisturize it first. It leaves a soothe and firm visage. The strong point is that it is designed to wear makeup upon it. It is a bit expensive, yes, but you don't have to leave your regular foundations apart.
